Shipping Conditions

The order is processed within 1 to 6 business days.
The standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.


Shipping fees: 
The shipping cost is free to United Kingdom. We ship our product only to Switzerland. We use local transport solutions such as Royal Mail or Hermes. We choose the best carrier based on your delivery area.

To track your package : 
All of our packages are shipped with a tracking number. This allows you to follow the progress of your delivery as soon as you get your tracking number (within 2 working days maximum after placing the order).

Click on Track my order and enter your tracking number. It was sent to you by email.

We ship packages from our warehouses in Europe.

In case of return : 
The product must be returned in the package, in new condition and in its original packaging. Please refer to the return & refund policy.


Package not received (lost) : 
If you have not received your package within 30 days of placing your order, contact our customer service by email, so they will confirm the dispatch of a new package.

Fortunately, this happens very rarely. Please refer to the return & refund policy.
