Easy to use
How does this mixer work? First, put all your ingredients into the jug and close the lid. Press the button on top to turn the mixer on. Then press it again to turn it off when your batter is well-mixed. Make sure the batter has enough liquid so it will mix properly. Next, hold the jug over the middle of your frying pan, and squeeze the handle. A sliding door on the bottom of the jug will open, allowing the batter to pour out evenly! Release the handle to close the hatch when you’ve got enough batter.
Perfect Consistency
Dispensing your batter evenly is crucial when you make pancakes. You can never quite get the right amount when you ladle the mixture into the pan with a spoon, right? You might put too little in. Then you have to add another spoonful, which creates an extra ring on the bottom of the pancake. Or you put too much in and the pancake comes out too thick.
